Rating by category:
The room had an amazing view, it was just as we had expected from the best western hotel group. The restaurant attached to the hotel was vey good and very reasonable . Great location. Would also recommend the tour bus.
Gave incorrect information regarding 1. Restuarants when asked where to gp 2. Shuttle bus that was not bookable in advance even on the day of travel 3. One person on front desk very unfriendly. Others were OK. 4. Room expensive for what we got
Staff - ALL of them. Polite, helpful, welcoming, focused on Customer satisfaction. They succeeded in all categories!
The atmosphere locatio
No comment . It was all great
Very Clean , quiet and comforrtable. Lots of restaurants and shopping near.
The staff was friendly, helpful and provided more pertinent information than what was asked. The close proximity to Granville Island and the Seaside walk/bicycle way to Stanley Park was convenient, yet still a downtown location. The extended use of the loaner bicycles to go to Stanley Park was great. The shuttle service to local attractions is a plus and hotel is 10 minutes walk to the Sky Train for convenient airport travel.
Free breakfast was great. Location was pretty good if you don't mind walking. They messed up my room reservation - instead of 2 beds I got a King - so gave me free parking in return.
The elevator was awful. Took forever and had to use it because there were no stairs to underground parking. Could use more front desk staff too.
Staff at White Spot was extremely friendly and helpful
Note: two stays -- 9 july, & 17, 18 july 2011. 1. Women at reception -- Denise and Sarah were very welcoming and helpful. 2. good breakfast in hotel included 3. free wifi in rooms and in lobby where one could print boarding passes 4. shuttle which took us to port then, on departure, to the skytrain 5. good security measures
The room was a bit small but this would not prevent us from booking again.
Very good price for a hotel in central downtown and with breakfast included. In addition to being at a good location that reaches the most places of interest in walking distance, the hotel also provides free shuttle bus service to all places in the city of Vancouver (1 zone). Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. In spite of being in a busy area, the room was very quiet.
Good location easy access to all the shops. The room is clean and comfortable.breakfast was plentiful.all in all a very pleasant stay. The reception was friendly and efficient.Would stay there again.
Nice facility.White Spot restaurant on-site is a definite plus.
Inconsistent staff. Some were very helpful while others were at times borderline rude. Parking spaces were challenging.
The location was ideal, the staff are friendly and the price was affordable.
Easy location for public transport bus skytrain, taxi, ferry, central to entertainment strip, quiet room, helpfull staff.
